Hidden Crown proudly offers free domestic shipping, and any order placed before 3 pm MST will be shipped the same day. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or national holidays. You can expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any duties and fees upon delivery.

You have the right to return your product for a refund or color exchange, provided that you contact us within 30 days from the day on which you receive your Hidden Crown® and they have not been worn, and the seal, hangtag, or zip ties have not been broken. Otherwise, the product will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

This also means that you can’t fully try on the hair –even briefly! If you remove the hair and remove the two zip ties that tie it up, it is ineligible for return. You can always reach out for help color-matching your extension.

If an item is determined to be used or tampered with, you will be notified via email and your order will be returned to you as a courtesy.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt of delivery.

HOW TO FIT YOUR HALO

You may have seen other brands advertise a similar extension, but if it has clips, then it is not a true Halo®. Our unique design allows the gravity of your own hair to be pulled over the top of the invisible wire to hold it securely in place, making this the easiest hair extension ever!

The wire and micro bead work as a pulley system that adjusts to all head sizes. 

STEP 1: First, pull on the excess wire with force to slide it through the microbead. Tension is required to achieve a proper fit. 

STEP 2: Once fitted properly, use the provided needle nose pliers to tightly clamp the microbead shut. You may also tie a knot with the excess wire. 

STEP 3: Carefully trim the excess wire close to the microbead.

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR EXTENSIONS

Proper care is essential to keep your hair extensions looking beautiful and to extend their life. Here’s a comprehensive guide to maintaining pristine condition:

Wash Gently:

Use sulfate-free shampoos and conditioners to avoid stripping moisture.

Gently detangle extensions before washing to prevent tangling and breakage.

Wash in lukewarm water and avoid excessive rubbing or scrubbing.

Condition Regularly:

Apply a moisturizing conditioner or a deep conditioning treatment to keep extensions soft and manageable.

Avoid applying conditioner to the roots or bonds to prevent slipping or damage.

Dry Carefully:

Pat extensions dry with a towel instead of rubbing to prevent frizz and breakage.

Allow extensions to air dry whenever possible. If using a blow dryer, use a low heat setting and a heat protectant.

Avoid Heat Damage:

Limit the use of heat styling tools, such as curling irons and straighteners.

Always apply a heat protectant spray before using any styling tools.

Brush with Care:

Use a wide-tooth comb or a brush designed for extensions to gently detangle.

Start from the ends and work your way up to avoid pulling and breakage.

Avoid Excessive Product Use:

Minimize the use of heavy styling products, which can weigh down extensions and lead to build-up.

Use lightweight products designed for extensions to maintain their natural look and feel.
