Hats are a quick fix for any bad hair day– but you can turn a bad hair day into a great hair day by pairing your hat with the perfect hairstyle.

There would be a lot more noticeably bad hair days if it weren’t for hats in the world. However, we love hats on good hair days too! Hair accessories are the perfect addition to any outfit (like our Crown Jewels, which you can find HERE), but they look their best when you style your hair appropriately.
We’ve collected a few photos with hairstyles you can quickly create to go perfectly with a hat next time you’re rushing out the door. ♥
Option 1: Side braid

A side braid takes about two minutes to create. Perfect solution if you’re rushing out the door! Sarah, pictured first, is wearing her Hidden Crown Hair Extensions in Color #2 – 20 in. She plucked out a few strands to frame her face and create that effortless look.
Option 2: Two braids

Two braids are perfect for that cute, sporty look. Natalie (wearing Color 60/8P – 20 in.) wore her two braids when she knew she’d be running around trying to chase her son in the snow. Even Lauren Conrad wore two braids during a Dodger game.
Option 3: Loose Curls
♦ ♦ ♦
The best thing about loose curls is that they don’t take long at all! You don’t need to hold your hair against the curling iron for long and not every strand has to be perfect. Just do your best and throw on a hat, and you can leave your house looking chic as ever. Jenn Im (pictured second) is notorious for loosely curling her hair underneath her hats.
Option 4: Side pony
Our final suggestion is to tie your hair in a simple side pony. Side ponies looks great with curled hair, straight hair, or any textured hair for that matter. This hairstyle takes about half a minute, considering all you have to do is loosely tie your hair at the nape of your neck.
